All of us are passionate about helping our clients reach their health and fitness goals; we also all have extensive sports backgrounds. The main thing, though, is that all of our staff have a thorough knowledge and understanding of anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology and biomechanics. We therefore have a thorough understanding of each client's musculoskeletal issues and know how to make sure that we don't flare anything up. This means that the risk of attaining an injury during your session is brought down virtually to zero.
Our personal training sessions are conducted with each client's musculoskeletal issues in mind and are aimed at helping each person reach their health and fitness goals safely and effectively.
